Q. What kind of non-profits do you mean when you say “small and very small non-profits?”
A. The Little Book of Gold is targeted to non-profits with annual budgets less than a million dollars, and usually more like a few hundred thousand dollars. “Very small” non-profits would be those with budgets less than $100,000, but usually more like $25,000. Another way to put it would be that small non-profits have a small staff (less than 12), usually without a full-time development director. Very small non-profits usually have only a single paid person on staff, or are run entirely by volunteers.

Q. How can I access the online content?
A. Online content can only be accessed if you have purchased the book. Please see the information at the end of the book.
Q. How can I pay for the book?
A. Payment is accepted via credit card using PayPal. At this time we can’t accept phone orders.
Q. After I purchase the book, how long will shipping take?
A. Shipping and handling together generally take less than 10 business days. To keep shipping and handling costs low for you, all shipping is done via USPS.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. Unfortunately I can no longer accept returns for books purchased after January 1, 2010. Books purchased before that date may still take advantage of the offer laid out at the beginning of the book. Books purchased since January 1, 2010 have been offered at a substantially lower price, one reason I can no longer offer the refund. In addition, I will be offering the book at even further reduced prices on the Kindle and Google Books shortly. With those offerings in mind, which will include a _free version of The Little Book of Gold, I believe the policy needed to be revised. Thank you for your understanding._
Q. How long are returns allowed?
A. Returns will be accepted up to six months after purchase, and no later than June 30, 2010.
Q. I would like to return this book but can’t find where to do it online?
A. The web address for the form that will allow you to make returns is included at the front of the book before the title page. Refunds will only be made for returns received through that channel.
